Camille Fournet (leather straps) poor customer service

Have any of you been able to get a hold of Camille Fournet? I usually reach out directly for samples and pictures of watch straps I want to buy before pulling the trigger. The last emails / messages I’ve sent to them in the past 3 months not one representative has reached back out or answered my queries.

I’d recommend dealing with another leather strap manufacturer that doesn’t charge absurd prices with poor customer service.
