For anyone who comes along next time: The 'chinese' hand setting tools that come with the 1996-style movement holders for hand setting, the one sold as "3135" works perfect for the 1035 movement (and thus the 1030/etc). it fits perfectly around a spot on the movement and holds the movement in place, and the little support works perfectly! Fortunately, the 3135 comes with a lot of the 'basic' kits, so you might already have it!

I figured I'd post to let folks know 😀
Thats good info, I was wondering as well if that 3135 would fit. In the end I just got myself the Bergeon 12 1/2 which I can confirm to be working perfectly. Since I work on a lot of cal. 1000-1030 that is definitely a game changer and a necessity.
I would truely love to get my hands on this omega winder tho, since my mainspring winder does not work with the narrowness of the mainsprings for those movements. At least replacement mainsprings are easy enough to find, so I am always exchanging them..

Any pics or links?
I don't recall where I got it, but I picked up one of these (in about this configuration) and get good use out of it:

You can get them cheaper of course, but it does a good job, though I usually just use a 4040 when using it.

However, the 3 movement holders mine came with (about $20 each separately?) come in handy sometimes. Mine came with a 3135 that was perfect here.
