This looks like an interesting area. What is the experience of maintaining and cost do a barrel for this cool longines movement? Have started looking at a few examples either just plain auto or late 70s admirals etc.
I think I could learn to live with tv modern, velvet flares or hyper macho styling from the period if I thought it was durable. Any advice?
