The seller says bupkis about this movement. I see a lot of rotor wear--assuming it has not been repaired, is this a movement I can hope to have repaired if I get it at the right price, or is it a complete pass? I also notice what looks like a water stain along one edge of the rotor? If the movement is beyond repair, will it have any value for parts? I'm interested in factoring these things as I might still try for it for the sake of the dial. Thanks in advance for any info.

The rotor pinion is worn, and the rotor has been scraping on the inside of the case back. The pinion is discontinued from Omega, so you would have to find one on the open market. Also, many other parts are discontinued, so mainspring, third wheel, and a host of others. These can be repaired but they may take some effort to find parts.
