This is a redial, right? I'm going cross eyed on this one for some reason, I'm not sure why........

Yes! Have a look at the spacing of the second tick marks at 12 and 9. The universal geneve script is also off and the seven is weird.

yes it's certainly a redial, so many inconsistencies, especially those "5" on the minute track.
