C-shape Constellation recommendations

Hi guys!

So I’ve gotten an itch; I need a C-shaped Constellation in steel with a blue dial. These don’t seem very easy to find though, lots of nice white and silver dials out there but very few blue ones. The couple I’ve seen so far has been Cal. 1011 versions, which I’m a bit reluctant about because of it’s seemingly not-so-good reputation. But maybe a serviced 1011 in good condition would be fair enough if that’s the only chance of getting the blue dial?

If anyone has a blue dial for sale or know about a nice example out there, hit me up!

And also, has anyone in here ever seen a blue dial Cal. 564?

I know this feeling very well, I have seen and even taken a chance on a blue dial 168.0056 connie myself.

the blue dials seem to have aged pretty poorly in all of the examples i have come across, the movement was in pretty bad shape unfortunately, but if you are desperate I have a blue dial with a bit of wear that fits a 1011 movement (and even a spare 168.0056 case at the moment). That said I am also pretty new here, so I don't know if I can even sell anything, but I am always keeping an eye out for a movement that I can use to bring this one back to life.

the only other blue dial c-case I've come across I am pretty sure is a dial swap, but I may have copped it anyway as I was just so taken by it.

Good luck with your hunt!

I have this one for sale, didn't list here yet, you can message me if you are interested

1000+ cal ones aren't hard to find but they are hard to find with a good dial condition
