·Hi all,
Found this is a local antiques shop near me who have a specific watch section run by a local watch maker.
I didn’t buy it obviously, as correct me if I’m wrong but it looks like it’d have originally been a non lume dial with lume plots added (note how the 6 o clock lume dot covers the “swiss” ) not to mention I wound it and it felt like the movement had sand in it despite them telling me it had been serviced. Nothing new there… the usual lies!
Either way, it caught my eye because of the dial combo on steel. Would this have actually been a c case reference? I’ve never seen a steel c case with a gold/champagne dial.
Sorry for the lack of pictures but it’s a small shop and didn’t have much time to take loads as didn’t want to waste to much of the owners time either.
