Hello all! I just received my latest purchase and am quite pleased so far. The condition looks to me to be decent particularly for the price paid. Am I correct in thinking it is gold cap? I also wanted to ask if anyone can identify the bracelet #'s for me as I will be searching for a link or two (as you'll notice in the pics). The other thing is does anyone know if cuffs for the original boxes are available anywhere? Last shot is with it's cousin.

Nice watch. It does look to be gold cap. Do the back of the lugs appear to be stainless? On a gold-plated case, the back of the lugs are usually coated with gold. The bracelet number might be stamped on the clasp.

If you'd like to improve the fit of the end links to the case, you can use a pair of pliers to gently compress the end links. Just be sure to wrap everything with a cloth (or something else) for sufficient protection. I think the goal is usually to flatten-out the connection a bit. I've done this before on a C-case and it worked out well, but your mileage may vary.

Thanks ryan! The lugs are indeed stainless. The only numbers I find on the bracelet are "77" on the ends and "No 12" on the clasp. I will certainly try the fix you recommend. Thanks again!

Nice looking watch.. In the picture with the watch to your wrist it's clear visible that you will need some extra links 😀. Almost no blood in your hand anymore 😀

Nice looking c-case. Is the bracelet number not on the clasp? You can also try finding a 1040 bracelet which is what comes on most, if not all, c-cases.

Nice C-Case - flawless!

There's no bracelet number, it's 1125 but not really a 1125, there are changes, so Omega didn't stamp bracelets like these with numbers - it's a good / unique thing in my opinion, they are usually better for the watch they are on compared to their originals - original 1125 is screwed, these are pinned, they don't seize as easily - but you could search for 1125 links and they might still be compatible somewhat

I can sell you the identical bracelet if you're interested, has all the extra links on it, but it doesn't really make sense to sell the links individually, from that viewpoint it's hard to find them in the open market too

A leather strap is the best option. Enjoy it.
I may end up going that way but for some reason I'm really tough on leather. Thanks for the comment!
