Hey team. Been looking for a while for my first vintage seamaster or constellation in decent condition, no date complication, with a stamped back and hopefully not too small.

What do we think about this one? The 36mm size is a big plus to me as most of the ones that catch my eye are 34mm and that feels to small for me.

The dial looked kinda unevenly discoloured which I think is played up by bright lighting of the photos? Correct me if I'm wrong on that. I might be rationalizing that one.

1350 CAD coming from Japan. Not a screaming deal but not an overpay? New to all of this! Let me know if I'm missing anything.

Personally, whatever the provenance, the pitted case would grate with me.

Have another look on'Private Watch Sales'.

This was offered today

Welcome to a lovely hobby!

However…

Have you looked closely at the condition?
Case is in horrible shape! And that’s not gonna get better.
Besides, that’s an incorrect crown that doesn’t even match the color. Dial is spotty. Heavily polished. Movement looks poor with vast color differences. And the price would be high even if it was a good example and even if you didn’t have to pay import duty.

So, stay away from this one. Pay attention to the details. Be patient, most of all. 😀

In turkish market, better condition watches valued 700-800$. You did not put back case photos. Be careful, also it can changed.
