The case with the orange peel is from a bad wheel and abrasion I've seen some watchmakers try and pass off such finishing...can't believe that is even remotely close to acceptable.

 

That one is totally mangled Looks like a heavy duty screwdriver was used to try and lever off the screw back-smart move!
