Bulova Surveyor - has anyone got one? Are they any good?

I'm tempted by this watch.

I am looking for a bright blue dial but it’s a whim and I don’t want to spend £££ on a Longines or something similar.
Does anyone have one?
Are they any good?

The information I have is that the movement in the Surveyor line is a Japanese movement made by Miyota. The Miyota movement is a cut above a similar Chinese made movement. I wouldn’t pay the prices Bulova asks for a watch with a Miyota movement, but I suggest it is a better watch than a near equivalent with a Chinese movement in it. Ya pays yer nickel and ya takes yer chances!
