Bulova 666: wrong bezel and how do I open it?!?

Ok guys. Got me a 666 chronograph. Bezel not ok right? And how do I open it!?! Is it a snap in caseback?

Let's just keep this between the two of us but I have opened a similar case back in the past with a spanner 馃う
Obviously wouldn't advise this and suggest a proper caseback tool.

You could always buy the correct case back opener. Something like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/D-Old-Vint...ck-Opener-Wrench-Accutron-D043f-/200906673334 but it should say on the back which size you want.

Now, the alternate is a rubber ball or something else with grip. If it doesn't move freely... there is a trick, but I'd be castigated for even thinking it, let alone writing it here.
The trick... give it to me...

Glue a bolt to it, open with spanner/socket then acetone to remove glue. I've tried this once on a cheap watch. Doesn't work with all glues though.

SuperGlue a nut to it, open with spanner/socket then acetone to remove glue. I've tried this once on a cheap watch. Doesn't work with all glues though.
