Be advised that Bulang and Sons has excellent customer service. I’m a salesman by trade and can appreciate good customer service and personal touch. I had an issue with my Woodie Strap and let B/S customer service know about my situation. They immediately sent me out another strap via fedex and made me feel like a cherished customer. Bernard Bulang the founder even sent me a personal thank you for my business and addressed my concern. In a day and age when customer service is no longer service and is no longer affiliated with customer satisfaction....this small business will forever be my go-to. Bravo for incredible straps and even better service.

I couldn't agree more - they have outstanding customer service. I have bought many straps and a watch from them previously and a few years ago they delivered the wrong strap to me but upon notification they immediately sent me the correct one and told me to keep the incorrect one they had inadvertently sent. They are a class act and with that level of service they keep their customers which is key to survival.
