I messaged the seller to question this, and here's the response
They colaborated back in the 1960 s . Before they each went onn their own . Search the the facts on Breitling .

I don't know the Breitling history well enough to comment one way or the other, but i would have expected it to come in a Breitling box as well.

 

If it had come with an IWC buckle and Enicar hang tag, the seller could have called it a "full set".
