Looks to me like a Roskopf movement. An early make of (ahem) inexpensive watch from circa 1880, or so. Lots of information on the ‘net about Roskopf. A true Roskopf movement has only three wheels in the gear train, rather than the usual 4 wheels. My suggestion is to resist the urge to spend any money trying to fix it up.

I would say that this is a hurrying chicken brand.

I think you're confusing it with Turkey Basketball brand.

Why would you brand chickens or turkeys? The feathers would simply fall out after you hit them with the hot iron.

.... and basketballs are already branded with "Wilson" or "SPALDING". I wonder how much that branding iron hurts them.

I am certain the OP by now, is quite overwhelmed at all the “helpful information” that has been offered that pertains to his Roskopf!

Wasn't Roskopf a Russian Punk Rock band in the late 70's?

Relic movements certainly have their place as conversation pieces and examples of alternative methods of doing the same thing as more conventional movements. Enjoy it for what it is.

A quick look over at mikrolisk.de shows that 'Perfection' was a trademark used by Weber & Dubois SA and registered in 1892. W&D registered several trademarks in the 1890s and 1900s, after which they seem to vanish.
