··I might rise, but I refuse to shine.Another one on the block of sacrifice for my grail -
Up for grabs is this Breitling 806 Twin Jets at what I believe is under current selling prices and not asking prices (if you know different please DM me). Even with that in mind, I am open to fair offers. Priced to move quickly, so make me an offer - I am all ears...
Serviced in Australia by Master watchmaker Michael Azaria in 2020
All original - 1964/5. The original black and white reverse panda dial is in excellent condition for its age, with light patina. It looks absolutely amazing on the wrist. The steel case is in superb condition. The bezel is in excellent condition and rotates freely. The crown and pushers are original, the crown is Breitling signed. The crystal is still original as well.
The watch is powered by a manual wind chronograph Venus cal 178. Works perfectly and keeps good time. The chronograph functions nicely too, crisp start/stop & clean reset to 0. It has a WOG stamp on the balance cock, meaning it was most likely originally sold in the USA.
This has very nice wrist presence, measuring 41mm diameter without crown, and 48mm from lug to lug.
Price negotiable but would like around USD5000 - I don't believe there is better one out there at this price point. I certainly cannot find another - message me if you know different.
For international buyers , payment through WISE (use WISE and save yourself and me a lot of money) or direct transfer to my bank account
Multi references here and elsewhere and I am more than happy to provide links to these
