i am a complete Newbie to these wonderful timepieces, but recently i have received 2 old watches from my late Grandfather's estate, one of them seems to be a Breitling Navitimer, but not knowing much about these watches i can't tell if it's a genuine piece or a replica. It looks very nice and has definitely been worn for many years, but other than that i don't know much about it.
Currently it's not working, as it has been in a closet for years, but i would like to know if it makes sense to have it cleaned/Repaired or if it's a worthless Replica. Can anyone on this forum help me here?
