Pretty sure it is a fake if you do a GIS and compare. It looks like it is trying to be a B05 Unitime, but is missing several key features, namely the city names around the outside of the dial.

 

I'd say fake as well. Breitling logo looks off and the bezel isn't intricate enough.

 

Even if it's real. That's ugly even for the For Bentley line.
I also concur the bezel is not well made enough, and the notches on the outside do not match any examples I can see. As noted it also appears to be a mash up. I'm not able to find that dial on a non world timer.

 

I just noticed that the sub-dials hands are wrong also.
