·I’m curious, are brand new, right out of the box, acrylic crystals smooth or do they have little imperfections, particularly when looking through a loupe?

·Anything will have imperfections at high-enough magnification, but the acrylic crystals I've seen (Omega, Rolex and aftermarket Rolex) have all looked pretty smooth to me.

·Some can have imperfections, a quality defect like any other product can have, but it's not something you would expect to see.
