Bracelet Clasp placement

Curious - do folks wear bracelets with the 12 o’clock side and 6oclock side equal distance to the clasp.

Or do you prefer a slight offset?

Me - I think I prefer the 6 o’clock side to be shorter. In the below pic - it means Ill have to adjust the bracelet length on both sides. But being lazy - I prob won’t get around to it for a few months. 😀



So for this bad boy - the face of the watch hangs towards the outside of my left arm. I suppose my question is - do you try and wear your similar sized watches in the same spot. Always?

I’m similar but I center based on where it lands on my wrist upside down, not based off the number of links. This usually means one more on the front side 6 o’clock (I believe)

My 12 side tends to be smaller because my wrist at that point has the cross-section of an oval and the 12 side is the smaller side. This tends to center the clasp on the bottom side of my wrist.

I either add a link to the 6 o'clock side or take a link from the 12 o'clock side. I don't think I've had any that have fit in the factory configuration.

My wife, on the other hand likes all the removable links taken from the 6 o'clock side and replaced on the 12 o'clock side. She prefers her watch head to sit more on the side of the wrist. Go figure?
