Was listed as a "No 12", and clasp shows #1037. But I am pretty certain it is a 1069. Obviously has no end links, and the 524's that go with it are tough to find and pricey. Any other suggestions?

Looks like 1069. If you want 19 mm 524 endlinks they are available through Omega boutique part number 026ST524
They are about 45-50 each. They match up with vintage bracelet very well. Here’s a photo on a 145.018

This is a huge deal- that there are still any endlinks for these. I beleive this was made by JB Champion for Omega as I have the omega on my SM120 and 3 of the JBC (2 without endlinks) and the construction seems identical.
