Yeah Im glad that the manager took this matter over the top in terms of customer service rather than bulling around. He even called me on my mobile phone just to update me that he emailed his boss and JLC representative as well since this is a big issue of quality control and he said you didn't buy a 20$ watch from Kmart eventhough if you are not happy they will replace it and give you a new one

JLC responded and very sorry about this "Imperfection" and shouldn't pass their quality control and because of this they will give me an additional free blue alligator leather strap since the manager told them that I am a good customer and I deserved a compensation for this incident. So happy with my AD and JLC resolutions. Thanks
