This landed this week. The allure of Nomos is strong and real! I may have to write up a thread just about Nomos Clubs as they are incredibly addictive, and I’m losing count, I think I have 5 now.

They’ve gotten this blue quite right, in my opinion, insofar as the saturation and “splashy pop” of color it has — the whole reason I wanted it. It presents in real life just as their photos show it on their website. The orange, though, for example, doesn’t have that “luscious pop” I was hoping it would have from their photos, but I’ll save that for another time.

So this, all day today, easy-peasy!

Purchased this SPECTACULAR BLUE and immediately felt the need to trade my blue 42 mm PELAGOS, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Traded the blue 42 mm PELAGOS for a black 42 mm PELAGOS. Talk about a WIN WIN!! Blue DIVER 300M and black PELAGOS?? Best of two worlds!!

I loved this watch, but I could never accept the placement of, and the color of the date wheel. The 4:30 location was bad enough, on top of that it was far too close to the center of the dial, and the fact that it was white made it unavoidable to look right at. It's a shame because it's one of the nicest blue dials I've ever had. I sometimes think about tracking down another, but I know the date will once again wear on me.
