I just picked up the Globemaster this year. I love the size, I think it would really wear well on any wrist and I find the look to be comparable to a Datejust. It's slightly more subtle than that however, and the pie-pan dial is one of the unique elements that really makes you appreciate it from all angles. Finally, the color is very well done. I think the blue comes through very nicely without being overpowering or too "poppy".
Thanks @arno - time will tell but at the moment I’m really liking the polished centre links too. When I last saw the watch in the flesh it was in an OB under tonnes of spotlights and it left me thinking I’d get them brushed. So far that’s not on the cards!
