It is indeed a correct dial. The watch is mid 30's and 18ct gold. I think the cases, movements and dials in that period were basically the same for all brands that used the UG/Martel chronograph calibers. Only the engraving and finishing and name on the dial differ. This one has a serial pretty close to mine and is recently auctioned: Universal had the same dial lay-out for the early Compurs:
