    I've seen this locally, but I can't decide whether it has been refinished or not:

    It looks ok, but too perfect to be black. Larger images here and here. I assume is cal 563?

    Seller wants $1000 for it.

    More than likely cal 564 168.005 perhaps? Dial is refinished unfortunately :cautious:

    "Constellation" looks too thick and print too long. The MOY test doesn't align correctly. Also, the overall print just looks a bit off..minute slashes look off

    Yes, it's actually a fake dial, as in the examples that have done the rounds for a few years now. The I in Constellation isn't dotted, it has the tell-tale double T at six o'clock, but no recesses for lume at the base of the markers and the date surround does not have the finely bevelled facets. Case could be fake too, as I don't see any sign of bevels on the lugs.

    Once the dial and case have been turfed, the value of the watch is about a hundred dollars for parts.
