Bilgicer Beware! unpleasant to deal with.

I sold a perfect ‘Watchco’ SM 300 to Bilgicer through eBay. He then changed his mind on the purchase after it was posted (but before he received it) and then held me to ransom by posting negative feedback saying 'scam artist-buyer beware' and demanding I refunded him immediately.

Even after refunding within 24 hours, and before I had received my item back, he refused to remove the negative feed back.

I would not deal again or recommend.

Our feelings are mutual, simonsays.

- You sold a put together watch from Omega parts (with the wrong date wheel), claiming it's a 166.024.
- I didn't receive the watch, as you messed up paperwork with UPS and the watch never left UK. When you told me that the watch is on its way back to you, I asked you to cancel the sale. You didn't reply back to my messages. In fact, I didn't hear back from you until I gave you the negative feedback on eBay.
- I didn't receive the reimbursement yet, as you didn't have the balance in your PayPal account. This is a pending transaction. I told you that I'll change the negative feedback, once I receive the reimbursement.

All messages were replied to within 24hrs. Posting ‘Scam Artist Buyers Beware’ on a sellers account is unacceptable behaviour in my book, and refusing to remove it even when it is clearly untrue is vindictive behaviour.

Massive time waster. I had to get eBay to remove the offensive feedback to protect a further ongoing sale.
