I sent my watch to a official omega. Service center
In Seattle for overhauling
I was told that they no longer had a replacement
Bezel.
A local watch repair shop told me there is a high likelihood that a new old stock could be had on eBay.
Would anyone know which eBay dealer I should
Deal with? Or other sorce?

I also think the condition of the bezel is a pretty good match to the dial and case. It's all pretty aged. As far as finding a NOS replacement, that's going to be a hunting expedition for you to figure out. We all do it from time to time, and I've never discovered any major shortcuts. I have projects that have taken years to complete. Sometimes you give up, and then out of the blue the part appears. My suggestion is to have the work completed, and then just keep an eye open for a bezel; maybe you will eventually find one, or a watch with a ruined dial and decent bezel.

I agree with @Dan S, a used bezel would be probably a better match that a NOS one. Also, what's wrong with your bezel?

I wear my watches 24/7, when I was told they couldn’t restore this watch , I bought a 2012
Omega bond model and practically destoit also.
They did restore the 2012 new face, hands, crown
Bezel and bracelet

Well, the case and bracelet are also pretty rough, so why not just sell it and get a different watch.

The watch had great sentimental value and I already own another omega dive watch (bond) and a presidential Rolex
