Austin Dive Watch Assessment Assistance

Evening folks! Stumbled across this Japanese made Austin Dive watch from the 70’s. I’m guessing Citizen or Seiko movement (6026, if I see it correctly). I collect this brand when I can and if the condition and price is right. Don’t see many divers of this brand. Stated made in the 70’s and indices and style line up with that. It comes with original box and display case. Stainless steel case appears to have sharp edges, indicating little to no polishing. 38mm. I would appreciate any insight/assessments you might have. Asking price is $250. Thanks.
