I took my watch (2007 SMP) off to give it a quick polish and when pushing very gently down on the edge of the face/bezel (eg. one thumb on the 6 o'clock position, the other thumb directly opposite on the lume pip) it made a slight popping/click sound as if the blue aluminium inlay/insert was loose. The bezel itself is as it should be (not wobbly and rotates/clicks unidirectionally nicely) and the insert fits flush and seemingly perfectly. The bezel functions perfectly so is this something to be concerned about or not please? Thanks

From your description it sounds like you're worrying about nothing.

Thanks. Me too. Although I forgot to add that on much less expensive dive watches I own none do this when tested similarly.
