Reported. It is my first time ::facepalm1::, I thought ebay would take me to a form for me to input my reason but there was no form.

There is a form for it. You have to call their customer service line (for fraud), provide the listing number and that you are the actual owner of the watch and that the images that are being used were stolen off of a web forum. They will direct you to a form that you need to fill out and email to them.

There was a polar Rolex explorer listed in the OF sales forum from a member based in Canada and someone from Italy stole the images, and created an eBay sales listing only accepting bank transfer. The actual owner of the watch and many more members reported it and eBay did nothing. I “bought” it by putting in a super high bid to prevent someone else from wiring their money. The auction finished, I called eBay, as all the reporting did nothing, and they directed me to a form. The sale was removed, though it still shows in my “purchased” folder.

Tried both their business and technical support numbers, got the run around back to the web pages and no operator. Good things I have only bought 3 items from Fleabay ever, none of any significant value.

I wonder if they photoshop the pictures in the add to make it look like the seller was selling the watch originally purchase on OF.
