Best Omega bracelet (modern or vintage) for 3861 Speedmaster

Hi guys,

I'm looking to obtain a flat-link OEM Omega bracelet for my 3861 Speedmaster. I'm wondering which one is best, both in terms of whether or not it actually fits (without third party end-links), and the looks, i.e. how vintage it looks.

Can anyone give me any advice about which bracelet I should try to get?

Like several others here on OF, I fit an Apollo 11 flat link to my 3861 and think it’s great. However, I used aftermarket Forstner end links as the original A11 links are not a good fit on the standard 3861.

A few members have also installed the flat link bracelet from the ‘57 coaxial range, and my recollection is that the standard end links work just fine.

I realise you are looking for an Omega bracelet, however don't discount the forstner contemporary flat link, in my opinion it fits like a dream and lots of bang for the buck.
