Berthoud Genève restoration?

Hi, I picked up a rough but (I think) very original Berthoud Genève Compur Ref. 82407.

It has the correct 385 movement signed Berthoud Genève and is 35mm.

It's running and needs a service, but I'm agonising a bit over what to have restored and what to leave alone!

I don't want to mess with the dial although it's pretty faded.

The plated case is very beat up...but I don't think it'll match the dial if I restore it... so will probably leave it too.

It was fitted with an awful old metal flex band and I think this ate away at the lugs around holes... but whatever!

But the hands bug me... i'd love to have them cleaned up to show that lovely blue.

But not sure about what to do about the missing lume on the minute hand.

I definitely don't want new lume on the hands (I don't like the new look of it and don't need lume anyway).

Should I have the hands cleaned up and skeletonize them both (i.e. knock out the lume of the hour hand to match the minute hand)?

Is it possible someone can skilfully re-lume the minute hand to match the hour hand?

Or maybe find someone out there with a matched set of correct hands (same as many other UG models).

Thoughts appreciated! 😀

The minute hand can be relumed with a color tinted to match the hour hand, but not all watchmakers have the eye/skill to do this. I recall there are one or two "relumers" recommended in a thread on OF somewhere...
