Belgian Ranchero 166.0218 with a Seamaster signed dial

Looking for input from the Ranchero specialists.

• Reference 166.0218

• Caliber 1012

• Correct Ranchero hands

• Dial is Seamaster signed with tritium lume, no Ranchero signature

Everything points to the Belgian Ranchero except the dial.

What would be a logical explanation for a correct 166.0218 with correct Ranchero hands but a Seamaster signed dial?
