Before last Seiko purchase that will close my Seiko collection. The piece I present to you is an absolute rarity and has never been sold on the European and American markets. It is the Landmaster SBDX007. The automatic Landmaster, SBDX007, was produced in 2002 and 2003 with the Cal. 8L35. Its style is identical to the original Landmaster, but the indexes and hands are larger and there is no emergency code in the inner flange ring. This is more of a luxury watch, with a high-end movement and special finishing. In 2003, Seiko launched the special edition SBDX009, again with the Cal. 8L35. This is the 10th anniversary Landmaster, made in only 500 pieces. It has a blackened compass bezel and a black dial with rose gold trim on the hands and baton markers. The case is titanium and the bezel has DLC protection. This is a sought after and very rare collector.
