    Hi all

Been making use of the watch strap simulator on the omega website. As you can see I like a NATO strap and appear to have no self control!. I have put the straps that fit with the appropriate watches in the same photo.

The 1948 I am not allowed to wear until my anniversary in July . So for the time being my joint favs are the Speedmaster 57 and the Racing. But the Railmaster is right up there and on my wrist this weekend. Hope you enjoy the photos. Any suggestions as to what could be next in the collection?

Note. If Mrs Bear is reading this then that last question is purely theoretical. Promise. This time.

    Regards

    Josh

Nice collection  I must say the 1948 is such an elegant watch that does not deserve to be strapped on a funky NATO :(

    Hi

Thanks. Re the 1948. I intend using it with the blue leather strap to start with but I do have the NATO it came with as back up and the blue grey one I just bought. Looking forward to seeing that on.

    Regards

    Josh

    Hi

It came in the box with a grey nato. Looks nice but slightly disappointed I have to move the clasp over from the blue when I want to use it.

I love your collection! There’s a watch for every occasion. I suggest getting a Railmaster 60th LE to add a diminutive powerhouse to your pool. I could tell that you have a relatively large wrist (please correct me if I’m wrong), so don’t be fooled by the smallish 38mm size of the Railmaster Trilogy piece as it actually wears big. Its overall length is not ideal for people who have less than 6.5” wrist size.

Thanks. Appreciate the comments. Re the rail master I do have one but not the LE. Is there much difference?
