I'll be totally upfront I have always worn a watch beneath the sheets, between ourselves in my younger days that was all I wore but that is way too much information ;)
Ignoring all the innuendo about battering headboards etc, for those that remove your watch why? and for those such as myself what do you wear ?
Personally it is the Dynamic for the great lume, lets me know after my many nocturnal visits if it is worth going back to bed :(

And this evening I just put it back on a bracelet to keep my good friend @STANDY happy. It could be to much sun but he has a thing about Nato's ;)

I usually take my watch off, unless I've had to much rum, then all bets are off.

Sometimes my work has me rising early so I wear one of my alarms:

Or like @Alpha I'll wear a watch with good lume.

    One colour Natos are OK

I too wear a watch in the sack, being on call at work most days. But always have that's why they have lume isn't it.

What ever I am wearing at the time but here is a common bed time partner.

Not to derail, but I've seen a few Dynamic IIIs for sale. Some appear white/yellow as per @Alpha Others seem uniformly mustardy yellow. Did they change lume formulation during its shortish life?

I have a weird habit of taking my watch off when I enter my home and never wear it to bed. If I pop out of the house to go to the shop or something, then I put it back on again.

I don't normally wear a watch to bed...but recently I've been sometimes wearing my Speedy Gonzales to bed to marvel at the lume...it's the only watch I have that has operable lume. Also, I sometimes wear my Seiko 6309-7049 to bed...because if I place the left arm (the watch arm) under the pillow...and I smash either ear into that pillow...I can hear the ticking resonate/amplify through that pillow. It takes about 20 to 30 seconds for the ticking resonation/amplification to take effect. It's pretty flipping cool to hear this...it's actually quite loud. My 6309 is the only watch I have that does this pillow trick...I've tried all my other watches (except my pocket watches)...but no joy regarding ticking resonation/amplification.

Years ago I used to wear a watch to bed but I've gotten out of the habit. The lume on everything I own is nonexistent or weak anyway. And my phone is plugged in within reach so not only can I check the time, I can check ΩF for the latest ::censored:: post about what you lot are wearing in bed. ::bleh::
