Hi esteemed members
Kindly help evaluate this ebay offering

I have heard the ribbon/ tapestry dial especially with the cross hair though not the rarest, is much sought after. Though I am not a collector it looks beautiful to me with even patina. But I feel the ribbon is thinner that most other examples here and thicker than the pinstripe variation. Is this dial authenic? Seller asking 900$ or best offer. Case looks okay to me. Movement photos not included and have requested the same.

And now the most unanswered/difficult to answer question. Fair value. Is it much away from what the seller is asking?

Hello! I suggest you check this thread.

It is original and I think the price is fair.
Yes sir I had already read your posts on special dials and the related SMDV thread. Beautiful enjoyable read and very informative. Thank you for your response.

Your patina is my damage, it would be a pass for me, but it's your money.

It’s a lovely dial design but I’d also pass due to condition. If you decide to buy, it should be much cheaper imo.

Yes. I was quite okay with how the dial looks. But looks like there is some decay in the hands too. Especially the seconds hand. Difficult to source genuine, correct replacements where I live. Thank you for your valuable input.

What is the reference number? 14750? 14725? Or 14765?
Seller not responded yet with case back and movement pictures. Will update.

Its a beautiful dial and I've never seen one before. Condition is not great but the price is not reflecting that either. I guess no service history.
