What size is your wrist?
Longines & Hamilton look really big on my small wrist. The lug to lug dimension of both watches is almost ~50mm.
I was in your shoes and i went with the Speedmaster Racing. The lug to lug dimension of the Speedmaster Racing is 46mm. It is the most comfortable chronograph i have ever worn, it is really durable and the bracelet is really comfortable and awsome! The height of the watch is not a problem, it really looks perfect on the wrist.

The water Resistance of the Speedy is 100m, while the Longines is 30m and the Ω caliber 3330 keeps perfect time, mine runs + 2sec during a week.

As far as i understand, you are looking for a panda chronograph. If you don't insist on a black/white dial and a monochrome black dial is not an issue, i would consider my lovely FOIS as a more classic Speedy chronograph or the Longines BigEye (if the 49mm lug to lug is not an issue).

Longines all the way here. Strong design and movement, more interesting overall while being at least as legible as the Speedy, and having owned more than a few recently, their watches just... work.

Agreed. The new Tissot 1938 telemeter is quite similair, though with a 42mm case.
I slightly prefer the look of the Tissot.

Here is a simulation of how my 3 piece watch collection would look like together:

I think it looks quite balanced. I would argue the Omega Speedmaster variant you chose is a bit too sporty and doesn't really invoke any 'vintage' vibes imo. I would choose the Hamilton but the Longines does add variety simply by its having curved lugs versus the rather angular lugs on your Omega and Sinn.

How about this one? The new Longines vintage inspired chronograph, 40 mm, COSC certified, gilt dial (not beige!), already on a brown leather strap, $3000. Does this check off enough boxes?

I’d also choose a Longines. Just make sure to try the model on as Longines’s longer lugs can result in the watch wearing bigger than you’d think.

I agree with your key points, Omega too thick and the Hamilton overlaps in style with your Sinn.
