·Hi. Can anyone explain HOW the two barrels work separately or together to keep accurate time when winding down? How does the spring sit there?
Are there 30 hours of power in barrel one and when that's depleted, barrel two's 30 hours are triggered somehow?
Of course we're talking about the 8900 series of movements.
