Back home again... perhaps.

I bought this watch some years ago used, and had to send it (twice) to Omega for service.

This is the 4531.50.00 from a couple decades ago. One of the reasons I wanted it... the bracelet!

After wearing it for a while, I somehow decided I didn't like it as much as I thought I did, and traded it to my watchmaker for other watches and various other considerations.

I had asked him about "the last Omega" I was considering buying, one of the DeVille Prestige models from the 90s. He suggested that it was nothing new in my "collection" (heh) and that he would be willing to sell this back to me at a very good price.

So here it is on my wrist again for a trial to see whether I like it enough to keep it, which I very well might. I don't recall why I didn't keep it, perhaps because its lume wasn't super-bright... but I am less concerned about that as I used to be, so it might be coming "home" for good.

We'll see!

In case you were curious, this is what I was looking at:

And maybe I will get one some day. We'll see.

Definitely a wild bracelet. Serpentine. It looks like it could be constricting but probably not.

How about a wrist shot?

Beautiful pieces, @SkunkPrince, both!
Great choice!

From the 1990s one I would prefer the small second model without date.
Around 2000 I considered between that small second model and the Dynamic III chronograph, but decided for the Dynamic at my AD.

The co-axial is also a timeless beauty, especially the bracelet!
But I always worried it could
be a “hair-puller” on the wrist!

Not at all, there's nothing to pinch, really. Though, I'm not especially hairy on the wrist, either.

I am reminded how accurate this movement is. If there is more than a second deviation from one day to the next, that's unusual!

I also love this watch's bracelet. I believe I came across the same watch...or at least the same bracelet...a years back but in yellow gold and I regret not being in the position to buy it. Enjoy it!

It’s a dream watch, @SkunkPrince , especially with that bracelet!
When I see all these (though nice) sports divers and this one, I know exactly which one to choose ...
Don’t know why I haven’t bought one till now?!

Enjoy!
