Picked this guy up used a couple months ago and sent him in for a full overhaul. Just got it back with a new dial, new hands, new bezel, full service, the works, so I thought I'd share. Looks good as new!

    EDIT:

Adding a pre-refurbishing photo, so you can see just how much of an improvement this is.

I received my Omega Seamaster 300 back from service last month. New bezel, crystal, hands and complete refurbish of calibre. Pre-service first photo, post service second photo.

If you don't mind answering what did you pay for everything? I know full service is $750 but everything is what I'm curious about it.

Mine is 15 years new and needs just a little TLC but nothing like your before pic lol....Looks factory fresh btw!

$1,239.51 all told. $750 for the service, the remainder for the parts (new dial, hands, and bezel) including tax on the parts only (no tax on the service charge). And now under 2 year Omega warranty.

But now, the question is, do I replace the existing bracelet with a new style bond bracelet (with screws instead of pins/collars) so I can get the micro-adjust clasp?

Nice! Far more reasonable than I thought.
Well, I'm a sucker for keeping things original so I'd say replace your existing one but that's just me.

    Thanks again for the info!
    Cheers

    No doubt!

It's crazy how much they fade over the years.....I mean, mine are nearly all white.

Not necessary. All you'll need are 2x newer style endlinks (depends on bracelet), 2x pins, 4x screws, and of course the adjusting micro-clasp of your choice (I'm fond of the longer divers-extension variant, which has the benefit of requiring fewer links). See a few posts back where thrasher and I list the exact part #'s needed:

Total cost at any OB would be close to $220 pre-tax.
