I'm still afraid of this one- Here's a view of my tailpipes(which is all you are ever going to see) (i love sayin that)
Think I'd rather be in the Silverado off-road. Repair bills would also be a lot less! On the autobahn, give me the Bimmer. gatorcpa
Well damn guess them new Ms got 500horse V10s lol it may actually be a good run with me on low boost . Got to go E85 befor i turn it up
521 actually, she's breathing a little better. I got Launch Control don'tcha know.(Maybe you didn't...hehe) Ok, there's a drag strip up the road that has some VP C10 I can use in the Beast that's 104 octane. Wha...you running a Farm Truck sleeper, eh?
It's a 06 single cab. With an LQ4. 6liter swap. Through a 4L80 motor only has a mild cam and top end reinforcement. Has a passenger side under hood 78mm just running pump wast gate is 12 lbs . Stock 10 bolt with an eaton trutrac stock suspension. Just a 3:5 drop on shit tires. Unfortunately it's pulled apart with heads at the machine shop. So technically my mountain bike is faster
So what's that make it then? 620hp? Like you said maybe a good match. But I get out of the hole first and then you gotta run me down, and that's "no easy day"
On 12 lbs I don't quite make 600 but that's to the ground. It's close to 700 at the crank. Truck is around 4100lbs. I know a few people that could get a hold of an m5. And when I get the truck back together I'll run one and tell you how it goes. I'm curious now. Lol
Most of the rs6 we have in the states are so so. But I'm sure if you get the king dick turbo model it's probably pretty healthy. The problem with most of these cars is weight. There all land yachts yes there comfy but it takes a lot to get them going. Not to mention. Big $$$$$$
OK folks, time to get back to cars that normal people can drive on the road. Like this one, seen today at AFCW: I think it's a 1964 or '65. Nice cruiser. gatorcpa
Not a safe queen to be seen - http://www.bonesshillclimb.org.uk/ Some snaps from a couple of years back -
This'll change the tone of the thread a bit. Taken on a recent antiquing trip through the Texas Hill Country, our 1992 Dodge D150 went along to haul back the "finds." Purchased new in November of 1991, it has something over 450,000 miles on it. Never a problem child, it has been more trouble-free each successive 100,000 miles driven.
