In the wild! New E Mustang. Does it deserve the brand? I guess the driving experience will tell....

Hasn't been nailed yet 😀

I don't know much about off-roaders but maybe some generation of Land Cruiser?

Brought it home yesterday. Safely tucked away in the garage. Just needs tags.

Went to stare at it several times today...

One needs to be brave to buy any first generation Ford product.
Way out of my budget.

Yes. My brother has had a few and has two now. If he had a bigger garage he'd have this one too. He was offered this by a friend so passed it onto me. Basically, get it now or watch the ferry pull away from the dock. The whole market has gone nuts.

Not the fastest thing I have ever driven, but it is the best handling, most fun car I have ever driven. And my wife likes it.

This 88 Targa is supposed to be a good entry point for a new Porsche. The Targa is a unique look, even for the iconic 911 design. It receives a lot of smiles.
This one is a two owner (now three) that has always been registered in Washington and zero rust, with records back to the original purchase. Wasn't a difficult decision to buy.

Parked at my brother's house at pickup.

At the place where he found it

Had to clean the garage to get the car in. It didn't look like this a few weeks ago. But it's a nice bonus for adding the car.

Check out this garage. The car was here to get new shocks. All the cars in here are his own projects. Pretty amazing guy.

Well done, it looks like a beautiful version in great shape….I had the chance to buy the same vintage in a white one in 1996 as the culmination of a dream and the first time I thought that I “deserved” one. I got shut down by a greedy seller, and a faulty targa top on a windy wet day, not to mention my wife (at the time…..) saying to buy it if it were a sensible choice…….

Anyway, many years now gone by and I am onto my third 911 variant and my wife (different lady😜) onto her second boxster, and we have a Macan in the garage that replaced a Cayenne that we drove all the goodness out of in weekly trips up into the Rockies and Bugaboos. Why shouldn’t driving be fun?

ENJOY!

Looking forward to the day you all let us back into Canada. Lots of beautiful country.

No kidding. I'm actually embarrassed at the state of my garage right now...it's even worse than these photos taken a few years ago. I'm waiting for a week of no rain to order a dumpster and clean out the garage and also some recent renovation waste.

Believe me, when you open your garage door no one is looking at your garage.

A clean garage is a sign of someone with not enough to do.

Btw, great photos too!

Now is a good time to buy a G50 Targa.
Looks like you got a great example.

I always liked that central cluster.
In fact, I was in looooove when the IS300 came to the USA.
I was 13 and the little boy ricer in me with a fist full of Super Street magazines just went wild for those clear tail lights.
If I had unlimited funds. I would get a wagon version and stick a 2JZ *GTE* in it.

Not as pretty as the sedan, but I can't pass up a wagon.

I had an rb20det and was going to put it in my 4 door 910 bluebird but I found an original 910 2door SSS for 2,5k. Sold all my CB madaz's coupes before I left to LA ( where I ended up doing a bit of Time...

Great car, but the fact that it wasn't available in manual for most of its time here sucked. And once they finally caved, it was kinda too late. They also didn't put it in the wagon :/
