Found this tiny women's Omega at my Grandmother's. I doubt that it's fake but I cannot find any Info on this specific watch. Can anyone tell me whether it is authentic or not, and if, what model it is. Hope i can find some information here!

Probably fake. Markings on the outside of the caseback like that is a red flag, Rubis text on the dial is another. If it is solid gold which is very unlikely it’s worth scrap. If not it’s worth nothing. The stones don’t look diamond based on that fuzzy photo.

Probably?

Didn't you mean to say "Positively"?

Yes I suppose I did. I think I was being overly cautious. I think it is 98% likely to be plated, fake and worthless, and 2% likely to be fake and made of gold. That doesn't leave a lot of probability for genuine Omega! My only real doubt was whether someone made a fake out of gold, it does happen but its highly unlikely.

The .750 stamping on the buckle and the case back are as bogus as the watch, and the bogus “diamonds”! Sentimental value only.
