Authenticity of this Cartier Tank Vintage

Hi everyone, I bought this Cartier tank from the 70s. I would like to know if, in your opinion, it was authentic. My doubt mainly concerns the case back. However, the seller reassured me that it was a version for the American market of those years.
My other concern was about the movement but my watchmaker reviewed it and said he thinks it is legit. And that Cartier used movements from other brands in those years.
Can you help me? Thanks for the space you gave me.

Maybe @rkman11 can add insight. I would think they’d still mark it as a silver case with the .925

Must de Cartier weren't always silver. Originally they were gold plated brass. This could be one of those. It looks a bit shoddy but the 80s examples of these often did . Cartier did use movements sourced from elsewhere, often ETA but I'd still expect some kind of marking on it though, maybe it has been swapped out. I wonder if there are more markings on the inner caseback.

It is poor enough to maybe be genuine!

These Must Cartiers were just fashion watches, priced around $200 or so, they are not haute horology. The ladies snapped these watches up, having different dials for different outfits. Depending on a market's requirements for hallmarking there will be differences. This one might well be correct.
