That’s a pre ww1 serial... and the case stamp looks correct.

This is outside my wheelhouse. But I’d not count it as a fake just yet.

There are some people that know these very early pieces on here.

Dial and hands look to be genuine, serial will be on the plate (under the dial).

Possibly a caliber 17''' L (Lépine movement) from somewhere near 1900 re-cased to a wrist watch maybe in the 1920s going by the case style.

Need to know actual movement diameter in millimetres to be sure though.

The movement will no doubt be genuine - and the movement number will be under the dial (as already described). HOWEVER... there were NO 2 million Omega case numbers! So the case is a fabrication, the Omega symbol (also wrong for the period) is a fake. Is that enough?

Do you think the case is more recent than about 1920 and made to look like it is "vintage"?

Or was it re-cased, possibly in France by somebody with an Ω stamp and they've used the movement serial, which would make the movement from somewhere near 1900.

I guess we'll never know anyway.

Recased pocket watch as the seller states. No collector value but if its cheap and you like it, that’s another matter.
