Hello!

After a long time I think I found a vintage watch that I would be willing to buy, but I wanted to ask, if someone could verify, that this watch is not a fake?

Brand: Omega
Modell: Seamaster
Cal: 552
Width: ~ 34 mm without crown
Material: Steel
Crown: authentic
Production year: ca. 1950-1960

It cannot be a 552 because a 552 is a no-date model. They must mean a 562. Apart from that, it looks ok.

It is with cal. 562, I think.
Case, dial & hand set are fine, but the crown is fake.

Looks like a service replacement. Not period correct, but not fake...
