Omega had some pretty sorry efforts in the 1980's, but they never sunk to the low of using a Miyota quartz movement that clearly stated "Japan" on it. Did you get this from your uncle? Inside joke. gatorcpa
General rule of thumb is, does it look and feel like junk? If you can't tell then you better get a second opinion before you buy.
