He is a great watchmaker and a lovely bloke. Just not that hot on media and communications…..
Agreed, I've only ever had positive experiences with Rory. Just not super easy for me to get to his shop, so I usually like to get in touch ahead of time. Thanks again!

I never thought, I would post this request.....my Sydney Watchmaker and friend of 36 years, died unexpectedly and still unexplained a few weeks ago. Still devastated. Omega specialist and Rolex Wizard with modest pricing and good turnaround times. So, here I am, looking for an Australian Watchmaker for basic work. Cleaning, mainsprings, chronographs mostly Lemania based ones and maybe Valjoux 72 .... We have a few guys on this Forum, who do that work very well without a Watchmaking degree. Fine with me as well. To start this : Tudor Caliber 390 needs rebuilding and a mainspring. You get 2 mvmts.,. So no parts needed. I can supply most parts for the future work needed, so no Omega Account necessary. PM best to keep your secret sources. Thanks for your time, fellow Down Under members. Kind regards. Achim
